Although Amit is knowledgeable I felt as though he was too busy with a large number of properties on the market and was very pushy in getting the apartment sold under auction conditions to allow him to move on. Our apartment was sold for substantially less than other apartments in the same complex in the same week not under auction conditions. Overall I believe that Amit's sale strategy was not able to get the highest price possible as our apartment was more tailored to first home buyers who likely would have a preference to not buy under auction conditions.

As a Sales Manager I know the sales process and sales people. I was not looking forward to working with an agent to sell my property because they don’t always listen and just talk.
