After having had our property on the market twice previously, Rowan got right in & got the job done. He was professional, highly communicative, and got the property sold quickly and more importantly, very stress free. Could not recommend Rowan highly enough

We had a very good experience with Ritesh and his team when we sold our property. As an agent, Ritesh is a very hardworking, trustworthy and knowledgeable individual. He was always available if we had any questions. He provided valuable suggestions to us in each and every step of our journey that helped us avoid expensive mistakes. He is an excellent real-estate agent and we would not have received the excellent result for our property without his valuable contribution. We highly recommend Ritesh for buying and selling of properties in suburbs like Westmead, Wentworthville, Pendle Hill, Toongabbie and surrounding suburbs.

Brad fought for my business against several other agents. I signed with him because of his undeniable track record, his enthusiasm and forthright yet personable approach. The campaign was masterfully executed with a high amount of communication to us the vendors, throughout. I am convinced that we sold our home for the maximum possible sale price because we chose to sign with Brad.

We could not speak more highly of the service we received from Brad. His communication from the beginning has been exceptional, providing constant updates and words of encouragement. His suburb knowledge is fantastic and we always felt safe in the knowledge that we had entrusted him with the sale of our family home of 37 years. We would highly recommend Brad for all your real estate requirements.

Our family are so pleased we chose Brad Panayiotou and his team at McGrath to sell our Toongabbie property earlier this year. Not only is Brad such a polite and helpful person to deal with, but the sales strategy he suggested to us meant we achieved a record price - which still stands as the record for our street. We would totally recommend any potential vendor to also take advantage of the skills and energy of Brad for selling their property - you will not be disappointed.
