We just wanted to thank you(both)so much for your help in purchasing the property. We met at few auctions and was really impressed by your professionalism and dedication. It was merely a trust we had in you that lead us to buy this property right away. Your diligence and proficiency was excellent. We will highly recommend you to people we know and will get in touch with you in our next property transaction. Best, Ritesh & Nitika

Worked with Ritesh & Amit for my first property purchase in South Wentworthville. They have ensured the purchase went through on time.

Very happy with the excellent service provided by Amit and his team. Very professional and friendly from the start. He also has strong communication skills and always kept us up-to-date with the market and feedback given to him by potential buyers and adopted every strategy for marketing of the property. He involved us in all aspects of the campaign and decision-making process. He was always available whenever we needed to discuss any issues and worked very hard to get the best price for us at the auction. Keep up the good work!

Amit, Ritesh & their team were a great team to deal with. They not only have an immense level of market experience, but also they know when they have to execute the right strategy to make the deal successful. Amit assured me from day one and always gave me hope, even though I was panicked due to current market response. He and his team presented me with the result that I wanted. I couldn’t ask for more. Finally, they are not only excellent professional; they understand the vendor’s emotional side; that’s why I will work with them in future and refer them to my friends. I wish Amit and his all the best. Keep doing your good work.

We met Rowan at the first open home and he patiently answered all our questions, even if that meant extending the open home time. We were interested in buying the unit after the first look and expressed our interest to Rowan by making a pre auction offer. He kept us in loop throughout the inspection period and until the time of the auction. He has been a thorough professional throughout the sale process and we look forward to working with him again in the future.

Working with Amit & Ritesh was an absolute pleasure. They met our expectations with their exceptional professionalism and wealth of knowledge especially in this pandemic situation. I cannot thank you both enough for all your guidance through out the selling process. I will always recommend you to all my family & friends and if I were to sell again it will only be through you.

I have a limited budget being single earner of my small family and we were wanting to have neat unit between Westmed and Wentworthville. We also had a large number of boxes to be ticked off while making choice. I have discussed this with Amit Nayak and he along with Ritesh boosted my confidence and we are very pleased to have our own apartment very soon at a place of our choice. Thank you Ritesh and team for helping me.
