We decided to sell our home and move to a retirement village. Unfortunately the builder of the village went into receivership which delayed our move and the sale of our house. Kim was extremely patient with our circumstances and kept communicating over that entire period, She outlined a time plan, detailed the marketing process and made sure our settlement date would coincide with our move to the retirement village. Throughout the process there was no pressure applied to sell quickly. Kim was reassuring that everything would work out OK. Kim is a true professional, she is honest and answered all the questions we raised. She knows the value of homes in our area and worked hard to meet our requirements. She made the entire process run smoothly when dealing with house inspections, the sale contract and the solicitors. In the end she found a buyer who met all our needs, our house was sold off market and we very happy with the result.
