Rowan was highly professional in his dealings with me. Rowan regularly kept me updated. He also visited me on a number of occasions to touch base. He was always punctual, courteous and impressive in taking me through the Listing Performance Reports. Sam made selling our property a breeze and hassle-free. He goes above and beyond for his clients, both in communications with our existing tenant, any potential buyers and our building manager and managing agent. Sam was always available to answer my questions (it was our first time selling a property). He updated us regularly and provided ongoing feedback on the sale process so we were never in doubt about what was going on. He provided us with realistic price expectations and handled negotiations with the buyer professionally, which ultimately resulted in the successful sale of our property, in record time. I would highly recommend Sam for the sale of any property and would be happy to use his services again in the future.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Amit Nayak and Team throughout our home-selling journey, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the very first consultation, Amit was professional, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to helping us selling our Townhouse in Westmead. Infact he also helped in buying this house in 2022. Not only did he take the time to understand my needs and preferences, but they also provided insightful advice that helped me make informed decisions. Their attention to detail was evident every step of the way, whether it was coordinating showings, explaining paperwork, or negotiating the best deal on my behalf. What stood out most was how responsive and supportive he was, always available to answer any questions and offering guidance during stressful moments especially during the Auction. I highly recommend Amit to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Their expertise, commitment, and passion for real estate truly set them apart. Thank you, Amit, Ritesh & team Nayak !
