I had a fantastic experience working with Amit and Ritesh Nayak from McGrath Team. Amit and Ritesh Nayak are professional and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help sell my unit in less than 30 days. I couldn't be more satisfied with the services provided by Amit Nayak; he is a genius and very hardworking professional; yes, he is also smart and good-looking! Amit and Ritesh Nayak demonstrated exceptional expertise and dedication in both aspects of the real estate process. Just trust the selling process and strategy from Amit Nayak and trust Mr. Legend Ritesh Nayak; he will surprise you with a remarkable level of commitment and proficiency to close the deal with high-class negotiating skills. Amit and Ritesh also helped me with guidance as a first home seller and also suggested trusted resources like Solicitor and Painter etc, which helped us Win the Deal. Throughout the entire process, Amit kept us informed and guided us with clear communication and sound advice. Close your eyes and hire Team Nayak to sell your House with a seamless process and peace of mind. The main thing is stress-free selling and strategic selling. If you're considering buying or selling, look no further than Amit Nayak. He’s the best in the business around Wenty, Westmead and Parramatta". We are so glad we chose him to sell our unit, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Team Nayak, you have earned my trust, and I am grateful for the positive experience you provided. I have no doubt that I will be reaching out to you again for our next property transaction. I highly recommend Amit and Ritesh Nayak to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. Thank you for all your help!

Brad is very professional, result driven. My property sale was unsuccessful with another agent, so I went to Brad for opinions, he was able to quickly identify potential buyer from all open home viewers, and get the deal done in fast yet professional manner, Highly recommended.

Team McChlery is a wonderful and professional team. They know the area well. Kim came weekly to catch up with us and explain the vedor report. Jen referred us a good tradie when we need our fence replaced urgently. They help us decorate and provide some small furniture to better display our home. Priya kept us updated with open home time and emailed the vendor report on time. The house in the end was sold at a good price with no doubt.

After Sam successfully sold my investment apartment in Merrylands for a fair price, I engaged him to sell my own Merrylands apartment and again he and the McGrath Parramatta team did a great job. Sold with competitive price, kept me updated on progress and made the whole process simple and straight forward. No hesitation in recommending Sam for future real estate work. Thanks again Sam

After perusing several reviews of Amit, I was hoping to find some unique insights. However, it seems like everything I had in mind was already covered. Nevertheless, I'd like to share my experience to echo the sentiments of others. Amit and his team bring a wealth of experience to the table when dealing with various types of properties. I first encountered them at an auction, and eventually chose Nayak & Team to represent me in selling my property. From the initial contact with Danny to the presentation and marketing of my property, the team was in constant communication and provided a comprehensive solution for all my needs, including paint, cleaning, staging, and marketing. My journey from listing to selling was seamless, I wish them continued success in supporting both buyers and sellers alike.
