I cannot recommend Sam highly enough. He is a straight shooter, with enormous integrity and honesty who really understands the local market. He worked overtime to help me find a home that would suit my needs. I was impressed with his professionalism. Sam never lost his sense of humour or patience and made sure the whole process never became overwhelming or daunting. They say that buying a new home can be one of life’s most stressful experiences, but luckily, I didn’t find that working with Sam.

At the beginning he explained clearly the campaign and we worked out a realistic schedule. He was patient to guide me through the process. He was resourceful and responded efficiently to my request. He was hardworking and followed up all the potential buyers closely. He provided weekly reports on the progress of the open house inspections and kept me update on the market. I was not always reachable on my phone during the day because I have to babysit my grandsons. Sam would communicate with me through messages and emails. Sam is not the kind of person who talked a lot, but he did a lot and I feel comfortable to work with him. I have confidence and was happy that my house was in his good hands. He always put the interests of his clients on the first place. My house was sold at the good price which was above my expectation. His good work was greatly appreciated.
