I contacted Sam after reading written reviews. Sam gave me total confidence in his ability to sell my mothers home. The process became difficult due to the involvement of the Trustee and Guardian. Sam never faulted as one problem after another came up. His communication skills and honesty were impeccable. After a 4 week campaign with showing the property, he kept me up to date each week with how many viewers there were, auction day arrived and to my surprise the final bid was well above the reserve.
