Garon was wise, kind and thorough. He always gave us good advice and nothing was too much trouble. We are so pleased that we went with Belle, not just because we sold our house for the top price we were wanting but because Garon and Tash made the process so easy and enjoyable for us. Thanks so much guys!

Neil was extremely professional and honest throughout our sale. He adapted to the challenging market and provided honest feedback for open houses. But most of all we got what we wanted for the property. This is the second home I’ve sold with Neil.

Auction agent was great. I have had had 4 other interactions with bell and I would not use them moving forward but this time around the agent was outstanding

Sarah was professional, knowledgable and a great communicator. She had unique local insights that ensured a very successful campaign. See readily answered all our questions, managed challenges that popped up, and was very passionate about creating a great experience for us and the purchasers. She restored our faith in real estate agents!

Garon and the team at Belle Property have been amazing with our first home purchase. They have been professional and attentive with great communication. This made the buying process as smooth as possible. They gave us updated information as well as step by step instructions on purchasing a home. Highly recommended!

As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and concerns. Garon was incredibly patient and understanding. He took the time to explain every detail and was available whenever we needed him. He was professional in all his dealing with us, I would recommend Garon to all my friends, family and colleagues and would use his services in the future.

Very good - Sarah worked very hard to sell our property. However, the original guide price was very optimistic in the current climate which set us up for disappointment.

Sarah was a pleasure to deal with. She was very responsive, professional and transparent and that is coming from the purchaser. Her interests were to the vendor, which is her primary responsibility but she made the process simple and resulted in us making a purchase. Thanks for your help Sarah
