Regina and Jake were absolutely incredible to deal with. They explained the whole process from listing to sale to closing and were completely transparent about everything. They were able to update us through a group messenging app which made it so much easier for everyone to keep abreast of what was happening. We received plenty of notice about private inspections which was super helpful and we received feedback after each private or open inspection. Every question we had was answered respectfully and nothing was too much trouble. Having been in the industry for quite some time, Regina has an amazing amount of contacts and that helped us achieve amazing results in getting the house ready! We also loved and appreciated the advice we received from the complimentary Stylist that Regina organised for us. Robyn was honest, supportive and gave us some great tips and tricks! She even answered my texts the night before we had the photographer coming in to ensure the best look was achieved!
