Michael (Methven ) displays expertise 2nd to none, making the selling experience a pleasurable one.
Michael was first recommended to us by another Business person in local area. Always preferring word of mouth recommendations we followed his lead and was not disappointed. From the start Michael displayed a high level of expertise and knowledge around all aspects of how best to sell our home and back block whilst making it feel seamless and stress free which is no doubt because of his ability and expertise in delivering a successful selling program to get the job done. He was also responsive and emphatic around concerns we had large or small including Elliot our cat who was often in the picture, literally and was treated as if he also was in the collaborations. ( you'd think) Michael drove a great marketing campaign and always kept us abreast of outcomes and It was not unusual for him to respond to concerns sometimes after hours well into the evening - showing is a very high level of considerations to us as his client. The real triumph was that he sold both our back block and house in less than a week, which speaks volumes about his expertise and intimate knowledge in getting the job done - fast... We will be recommending him to all our friends and family who needs a great agent and a great real estate - he ticked all the boxes - thank you Michael for a wonderful experience and outcome.

Patrick had done his homework, even before he visited our home for the first time. It was clear from the outset that he understood the area and the potential to sell our home. He was very good at open communication, and responded quickly to any queries we had. He was also very helpful in finding several good tradespeople to help present our property to its maximum potential.

Great sales result

Excellent Service by Patrick and Metheven Agency
Throughout my journey in search of Property, I have come across 3 or 4 agencies where agents played a lot of games in increasing the sale price.
