Professional, Friendly and a good laugh
Matt was super consistent in his approach, whilst trying to get the right price for the vendors but having our interests at heart too. We found that his follow ups were friendly whilst not over bearing (something rare in the current market). He kept us fully informed on what the expectation was off the vendors and some valuable property insights. Undeniably Matt has a very good sense of humour and enjoys a laugh which takes the stress out of a pretty stressful process. Pleasure to deal with
Regina has been a pleasure to deal with, she has understood my situation and been very reassuring. Initially trying to sell off market rather than have me outlay the listing fee. Then my reluctance to place the property on the market due to an up and coming trip. Always keeping me informed of special promotions along the way. The network, the photographer, the profiler and the editor were also delightful. After finally agreeing to list the house it was sold within a few days.
