Nothing was ever to much
Patrick has made selling my place so easy. Any questions I had answered as selling for the first time I was extremely nervous. Theses nerves disappeared after the first meeting. I will be recommending all my friends and family to see Patrick .

Sale of Unit Mooroolbark
Justin and his team were very knowledgeable, had excellent communication ensuring we were always aware of what was happening throughout the sale of our unit in Mooroolbark. His original valuation was comparable to the price we eventually got so that was pleasing! The unit did not sell quickly but Justin and the team kept ensuring the number of inspections were usually high and of good quality and gave support during this lengthy and to us, stressfull, period.

I highly recommend Regina and her team at Methven Professionals Mooroolbark. I have bought one property through Regina. After many weekends searching and trying to follow up with agents and the frustrations that come with phone calls and enquires not being returned or answered. I met Regina at a house open. I was not interested in the property but Regina took my details and enquired about what my needs and wants were. I never expected to hear back from her. But I did. Regina phoned a few weeks later and advised me she thought she'd found my new home. And she was right. A few days later I had purchased my new home. Regina followed up the sale with regular contact.
