We had an investment property in Mooroolbark that Greg and his team had sold for us a few months prior. That experience was so professionally handled, we never considered using any other team to sell our rural property. We are currently building a house on a block in Healesville (we had bought this through Greg) and when we first were considering this project, had 3 different companies come to give us an assessment. All the estimations were in the same range, so we felt we had a good idea of what price the property would sell. The Mooroolbark property had been a rental, was a small house that sold quickly and for more than we ever expected. We knew our rural property was a completely different market, but had confidence in what we have to offer. We really liked the way Greg's entire team was involved in assessing the house and property. We were totally involved in all the choices from the photos to the listing. We discussed possibilities and were happy with their conclusions. We also had a formal registered valuation done that confirmed for us that what we wanted was inline with the value of the property. One of the most disrupting experiences of selling can be having to be ready at a moment's notice for a potential buyer to come through. But we always were given at least 24 hours notice and often booked days in advance for a showing. This was advantageous on two fronts - we could definitely plan ahead and we felt the potential buyer must be serious to return for the appointment. After each visit, we always received feed-back from the agent. We also received status reports regularly. We felt the communications were pro-active, extremely professional and handled in a friendly manner. We can confidently recommend Greg Earney and his entire team with our highest accolades for a job extremely well done!
