We had missed out on one property but David negotiated with seller to help us purchase neighbouring property that was not on the market. I know both parties were happy with the result. He kept in regular contact, did not pressure us and followed up post sale. Would definitely use him again. People in area rate David and his agency very highly - Thanks David!!

Solid market perception, pragmatic attitude & confidence are the key ingredients to get best outcome in realestate. No wonder David has it all, hence smashing all records in this small pocket. David got me result within a week whereas the other agent was full of phony & ambiguous promises naturally proved them very ineffective & frustrating. I am lucky that I had such a positive & confident agent representing me. David you certainly proved yourself to be no. 1 in Avondale Heights.

We were looking for a while and David kept us in the loop on all new listings..This house came up and we were looking at another house, so we were 50/50 about it but after a couple of days thinking and some good dealing with Dave, David sold us the house we are living in at the moment for a fair and reasonable price... I recommended you see Dave before buying or selling your house...

We recently purchased a property where David was the agent. We had a private viewing of the property, he made the section 32 available promptly and was very efficient during the signing of the contract. He was friendly and professional.

We met David while we purchase our first project in Avondale Height, his professional advise and service gave us confidence to start the project in a new suburb, he is the first agent we met who can provide the very detail property knowledge and market forecast, the result has shown that David's forecast is correct.

David was brilliant. From his initial advice in preparing the house to all his hard work and tireless efforts at the Open House. Negotiation skills second to none. Professional, efficient and always available - texting or calling back within the hour. Wouldn't recommend anyone else! Thanks David.

As someone purchasing their first home, I found David's knowledge of the area, his clear and reliable communication and his willingness to assist in negotiating a fair price for both myself and the vendor made the process far less stressful than what people seem to experience!!

David has been massively helpful. He shared with us some of his valuable knowledge about the property and the area. He also share with us some of his personal experiences about auction. Anyway, I would say he's been most helpful and very professional.

From the outset there was no doubt on choosing David as our agent. Researching agents showed that David is the best at what he does and is he ever! He was well educated and told us exactly what to expect, highly intelligent and very honest. David was precise, to the point and made us feel extremely calm throughout the whole process (especially the descision making phase). David is that good that we sold before auction, producing a record breaking result for our area. His communication is amazing and his skills as an agent are superb. We would highly recommend him to anyone wishing to sell their house.
