In the world of real estate there are many agents that just talk. David and his small team are a high powered, result obtaining, no fuss team. I had my figure that I was hoping for. Other agents said my figure was not achievable. David answer was - challenge accepted. In the first 2 weeks about 20 contracts were given out. My home was sold at my dream figure with an unconditional offer and paid within 40 days. This was achieved 4 weeks prior to auction date. A brilliant result from an outstanding team. David and your team, I sincerely thank you very much for making this process stress free and giving me my dream result. I cannot recommend you highly enough. To anyone reading this note and you want to sell your property., David is real deal and gets real results.
