David's local market knowledge is like no other. He has a good professional manner and a no BS approach. If he can't do it, he will let you know. He doesn't waste your time or his. I was gobsmacked when David approached me with a signed offer on Monday, just with one Saturday open for inspection. Surely not! I believe it because it happened to me! The contract of sale was subject to finance for 2 weeks, with a 60 day settlement. What topped it off was that finance was approved by Friday and the settlement brought forward to 30 days. It really worked well for us! Highly recommended!
