We had dealings with David for our short and sharp purchase of our first home. My partner and I were thrilled with the level of knowledge and experience of David. He was straight to the point and upfront. He was contactable at all times and kept us up to date with the process. I would highly recommend David from Moonee Valley Real Estate as a trusted agent in the area.

My partner and I are extremely happy, having purchased our first home together. We got in contact with David due to a property he had advertised that we were interested in. With David, we were able to organize an inspection that was outside of scheduled times, he was very knowledgeable regarding the property and persevered in negotiating an amazing price for us. David was easy to get in touch with as needed and provided constant guidance. We are very happy with our new home and would recommend working with David to sell or buy a home.

David is straightforward, efficient, very professional, confident and gave us practical and accurate information throughout the whole campaign. He sold our property within a month. This made us to think we should had gone to David at the beginning of this year. If you are thinking about selling your property, you should go to David without hesitation.

When we were selling our home, we met with a number of agents, and were impressed with David from the outset. He was confident, and able to back up that confidence by providing great guidance, and a fantastic experience throughout the entire campaign. From the outset, David was open and upfront about what he could do for us, and what he felt our property was worth. His no nonsense approach was truly refreshing, after our experience with other agents in the past. He kept us updated throughout the campaign and on the day of auction, we achieved a sensational result. We could not have been happier, and cannot recommend David enough. Michael & Mish
