Kristen W and her team at MPM are by far the best property managers I have worked with. Every aspect of my property was meticulously taken care of and their communication was fantastic. Everything was done on time and executed at top tier level. Rental statements and disbursements were always on time without issue. As a landlord, I want my property manager to be autonomous and simply take care of things. MPM achieves that.
