The staff and property managers are outstanding! After struggling with other agencies whilst renting, MPM truelly do stand out for their service and communication. Jess always returns phones calls and has been extremely helpful. She made moving quick and easy. Can highly reccomend MPM!

I was totally disappointed with my last tenants who shorten there lease by 6 months & the property was left in a poor condition, I still till this day cannot understand when MPM inspections were done why the tenants were not told to clean inside & outside of this property. There was so many things inside that needed repairs or had to be replaced, not to mention the costs I had to cover & shouldn’t have to wear the costs, so based on this bad experience I wouldn’t recommend MPM Property to look after any properties that I was involved in & I never had any costs recovery from MPM Property. I have on many attempts wanted to discuss with MPM Property but not one phone call to discuss, the house was left like squatters lived there. So I wonder if anyone from MPM Property Will now ring me or just hope this goes away from me, it will be a good test MPM Property.

Jess is one of the best property managers I have. She is always really friendly and loves to have a chat. She always keeps me updated on my properties. She is always in control of what is happening with the maintenance and the tenants.

We have rented through a number of Real Estates and have found that MPM Property are one of the most professional. The program they use always keeps us updated on where rent is paid to, when maintenance is arranged and who is attending. The staff are friendly and always happy to help not matter if they are our property manager or not. Highly recommend.

I was a little hesitant in allowing a big corporate like MPM takeover management of my investment property. I believed I would’ve received a more personal experience using the services of a boutique agent. Yet how wrong I was! Jess and her team at MPM managed to overturn the poor mis-management and lack of communication I experienced from my last agent swiftly and smoothly. As a single first time investor living interstate, the need for a reliable, communicative agent was paramount. I can rest easy knowing my property is in safe hands with MPM :)

I loved the professionalism of my property agent who is also very heart warming.
