I am an inter-state investor and bought a home and land package at Pimpama in Gold Coast. My builder recommended MPM Property and I took their advice. Since handover in November 2016, MPM Property is looking after my property. They conduct regular inspections and upload the report with photos on the owner's online account which is easily accessible anytime. Moreover, the 'statement' process is convenient as the rental income and maintenance/other costs are clearly reported every month. The annual statement is quite helpful for tax return purposes. I truely appreciate their overall service and professionalism, well done and thanks!

We have been with MPM for 2 years since buying our property in Coomera. We chose MPM because they are rental property specialists. Our Property Manager does nothing else - they don’t work in Admin and fit in rentals when they can - like RE agents do. Our own manager had negotiated a new lease with higher rent when the tenant was saying they would leave. We live in Sydney and receive all the info we need. The MPM portal posts all inspection results, repairs required and our manager, Jess is a consistent communicator. She understands our needs as owners and is also alert to making sure the tenant fells they are valued. Recommended highly.
