MPM (Danielle) was very clear and confident about her market appraisal and locked in tenants very quickly for the highest possible rent, well done! She communicated in a timely manner about post construction inspection and was always available to discuss logistics issues (e.g letter from council about wheely bins). The sign off of the tenancy agreement was super easy and she successfully coordinated discount negotiation with MPM management based on our 2 properties now with MPM
