Her knowledge of the local market is outstanding and she provides relevant advice and instructions to help maximize the return on my property. The Team at MPM Property are First Class and put all other companies to shame. I engaged originally to manage my investment property, and the services I received from Katrina & Kristen were fantastic. There skill in handling the tenant selection, inspections and property maintenance were of the highest standard. The communication was superb. With such great performance from the property management team I engaged MPM Property to manage the sale of the property. Tell you what my opinion of MPM Property was already high but this was taken to new heights with Tatum entering the picture to handle the sale. Tatum handled the process with class and care that you don't receive from most mainstream companies, her communication & knowledge of the suburb was impeccable and resulted in fantastic sale results. If you are selling or buying, rest assured Tatum has your best interest at the forefront of her mind. In closing if you select MPM property of any aspect of property journey, you will not regret it.

MPM took over management of my property after the previous managers sold the rent roll. MPM, Trish in particular, have been nothing but outstanding since taking over. I’ve owned the property for about 12 years and they are hands down the best managers I’ve dealt with across my portfolio. The team did a great job of representing my interests, engaging with the tenants and keeping me abreast of legislative changes and things I need to know about as a landlord.
