Trish has managed my property over the past two years now and I wouldn’t rather anyone else do so. Could not recommend her services enough, if you need a property manager on the Gold Coast enquire at MPM Property and ask for Trish.

Keely and staff were a joy to work with and very accomodating with my busy schedule. Keely herself acted as a perfect liaison between myself and the property owner while negotiating my new lease. Highly recommended.

Dear MPM team, I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service and support you provided during my search for a rental house. Your dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made a difference in finding the perfect place for me to call home. From the very beginning, your team demonstrated an in-depth understanding of my requirements and preferences. You patiently guided me through the entire process, ensuring that each viewing was tailored to my needs. Your expertise in the real estate market, combined with your prompt responses to my inquiries, greatly eased any concerns I had along the way. I am particularly grateful for the effort you put into negotiating the terms of the lease on my behalf. Your skillful negotiation tactics resulted in a rental agreement that meets both my financial constraints and long-term goals. Furthermore, your commitment to excellence extended beyond the signing of the lease. Your team promptly addressed any maintenance issues that arose during the move-in process, ensuring that my transition into the new rental house was smooth and hassle-free. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend your realty to anyone in need of real estate services. Your professionalism, integrity, and genuine care for your clients have truly set you apart. Once again, thank you for your unwavering dedication and outstanding service. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with such a remarkable team, and I look forward to the ongoing relationship as I settle into my new home. Sincerely, LILY SORA
