Meeting Alisha was a privilege. Also speaking with other MPM Properties colleagues was nice to. They are warm and friendly people who actually listen to you. Our time in our home is still early in it's tenancy agreement but I feel that we will be here for a long time. We had a late change to the number of occupants and it set the final approval back a day or two but MPM PROPERTIES saw the benifits of having 3 stable incomes to support the our application. Finally we got the date the monies were paid we got the keys and we were very excited to have this place as our home after a few cheerful conversations with Alisha basically conveying that we were the tenants she wanted for that property. But our references had already done the talking for us. For the foreseeable future this home.

Our Property Manager Sarah has really impressed us with here pro-active approach to managing the property and responses to both tenant and landlord enquiries. We feel that our property is in safe hands with Sarah looking after our property and assisting our tenant. In the past we have had some other managers who would do very little to assist and were more focused on outsourcing their management role to others.
