Organised, professional and supportive rental experience. This was the first property I have ever moved into that didn't need to be thoroughly cleaned before moving in. That was a welcome start. The entry condition report was thorough and quite accurate too which saved a lot of time. The fact they use an app to store all information has already been so useful.

As investors, we wanted a set and forget approach to property management. Kylie at MPM is very experienced and professional and provides a great landlord experience.
