I love the fact that everything i do involving tenancy and renting out through mpm is done with professionalism and I get updated on everything. All my concerns get addressed promptly and I've never felt like doing this without them. Of all the properties I've rented out the one mpm operates on my behalf is by far the best rental property on my list. The only thing stopping me from leasing the rest of the house through them is the fact that the other houses I own are in WA. Otherwise if all my properties where in the gold coast i would definitely lease them through mpm
