High praise for Danielle and the MPM team who took no more than three business days to process my rental application from inspection to approval. As speedy as they were, their processes were also thorough, with most of my questions anticipated and answered before asked. Thanks to Danielle’s efficiency I had a roof over my head quickly, while her attention to detail provided reassurance that I would not encounter any unwelcome surprises upon moving in: the Entry Report was a thing of beauty, picking up on issues I would certainly have missed. Moving house can be stressful at the best of times, let alone in today’s brutal rental market in which tenants all too often are made to feel like an inconvenience despite the large sums demanded. Not only did Danielle and the MPM team provide excellence in service as outlined above, but they did so with courtesy and a clear, down-to-earth communication style. As a veteran of dozens of tenancies over several decades, I’m well positioned to appreciate just how rare this is. My one regret as I write this review is that 6 stars is not an option.
