I am very Happy with the services provided to us from MPM Property management team. Big thankyou to Kristen and her team for all their support for managing our property in Brisbane.
MPM Property
The MPM team, and currently Kristen and Jaimee have been managing my investment property since July 2020 and I can not fault their work. They have made owning an investment property a breeze, very prompt to respond to any questions or requests I have had and in actioning any items that require attention, bringing them to my attention immediately and treating the property as their own. Would highly recommend this team!

I love the fact that everything i do involving tenancy and renting out through mpm is done with professionalism and I get updated on everything. All my concerns get addressed promptly and I've never felt like doing this without them. Of all the properties I've rented out the one mpm operates on my behalf is by far the best rental property on my list. The only thing stopping me from leasing the rest of the house through them is the fact that the other houses I own are in WA. Otherwise if all my properties where in the gold coast i would definitely lease them through mpm

We have had the pleasure to rent a property though MPM Property and our property manager Bailey has been above and beyond helpful and made the stress of moving much lighter as she really puts her clients needs first!

Bailey has been very helpful and easy to communicate with

I viewed the property at the designated time, instead of waiting around for the property manager to show up 20-40 mins late which has been my experience on numerous occasions, La Shae, was friendly and knowledgeable with regard to the property, the application process was straight forward and if I had any questions, La Shae was prompt to respond via email or phone, all in all one of the most professional and diligent rental experience I have had. Thanks.

I was using several different agencies with no luck and with a real lack of help and communication untill i came across MPM Propertys. Their professionalism, communication and effort was just excellent. The staff at both thier Logan and Pimpama offices were amazing to deal with. Highly recommend MPM
