Fast turn around
They were very fast at getting the ad up, viewers through, applications assessed and an offer made. The only thing is I wasn’t sure if the tenants were offered it to had signed a contract to move in - this request for a review is the first I’ve heard so I’m guessing they have signed!

Cant be more happy with the new lease
My property manager Bailey is superb! She kept me in the loop during the whole leasing process, from the time when last tenants advised of their departure till when new tenants moved in. Bailey was also very knowledgeable and up to date about market movement as she helped me achieved $40 more in rental. She is thorough in checking the out-going condition I feel like my property is left at good hand.
