We have been so impressed with the team at MPM, especially Jess and Georgia who have been so attentive and have kept in touch with us every step of the way. We know property (Being in Real estate on the Sunshine Coast) and have a few investments and this team has provided such wonderful service that we couldn't be happier with our choice of Property Management. Thank you!

Ryhannon demonstrated excellent proactive management dealing with my prior tenants. She identified issues like not getting enough Rent compared to the market and managed a difficult tenant (eg bills owning, property damage) out of the propriety and found a good replacement tenant for me. She was firm and fair in her dealings with the prior tenant. She was clear and responsive with her communication with me. She knew the process and avoid Lee potential pitfalls with getting it done Great job Ryhannon! Thank you !!!!
