I have rented twice through MPM Property over the last 3 years. The first property I had sooo many property managers it was a joke, no-one & I honestly mean NO-ONE knew what was going on. But the last 2 years OMG what a difference new staff members were the bigest change, Property Managers that knew what they were doing. I also had a FANTASTIC owner of the property which was perfect. ( I would have liked to have thanked them ) & then there is GRACE...... WOW she was absolutely wonderful & extremely helpful with EVERYTHING.

In the 10 or so years that you have been handling our property we have no real complaints. We have to trust that you are doing the right thing by us as we are interstate. The girls have always been approachable and communicate with us well. However, recently we have been disappointed to know that our property had been rather neglected in the hand of the previous tenants and this was either not picked up by yourselves or not relayed to us until it was too late, hence we have had to spend a lot to get it reasonable again. While we were aware of some issues , paint carpet etc there seemed to be an element of wilful damage done. I suggest doing more regular inspections and at the first sign of neglect the tenants should be held accountable and it should be bought to our attention and steps taken to rectify the issue.
