We had problems with the tenants at this property keeping the premises clean etc and La-Shae inherited the end of lease from the prior Property Manager. Well all we can say is she is amazing. La-Shae organised all the repairs, assisted in getting the property ready for sale and in the end the tenant paid some of the out of pocket expenses. A very good outcome!

I really appreciated Trish’s honesty in her appraisal of our newly built dual key investment property – the secondary 2bedroom unit was not fit for purpose with a combined kitchen living and dining area of 3sqm I am delighted that I bit the bullet and converted it into a spacious one bedroom unit and we received >10 applications, with successful applicant signing a 12month lease.

Our agent Jaimee I s just wonderful. She worked around our times to meet up and she explained in detail how the process would have been. The property was rented out within the first week it was on the market. Jaimee is always available to answer any queries and what we like about MPM is that they take care of everything related with the house: council rate, body corporate fees, etc. Renting with them has been a really easy process so far.

Had a very good rental experience with MPM property, all staff we dealt with were very friendly, above all helpful with any issues and offered good alternatives and solutions without stress and were dealt with quickly. We liked the house we rented in the area we were living in. So good we could rent this house owning a little dog. So overall would recommend using MPM to rent a house from, or even manage if you were looking for an investment property manager.
