Overall a satisfying experience with MPM would suggest anyone. They don't really push for higher rent and you as a landlord needs to push for it. The ladies are very lovely to deal with, and communication is prompt. Unfortunately the traditional property agent market will soon be taken over by more innovative companies like, Cubbi, Propper that offer half the management fee.
