We had a few agents 'look' at our house, but Denean really took a look around, front, back yard, inside and considered what we had to offer and what we wanted. Denean is a great agent and was able to negotiate a great price for the sale of our new home. We actually never met Denean. She was very busy with her work and never had the opportunity to meet with us. Which was a shame. She had to send her partner Andy to all the inspections and signings. It was an easy process though. Denean did a great job getting everything through for us. We would have loved to have met the lady who helped is buy our new home.

At first I was unsure, however Denean proved excellent at balancing seller expectations with buyer's requirements. First contract signed after 11 Days on the market unfortunately this fell through due to buyer's indecision. Second and successful contract recieved 4 days there after. Denean went above and beyond to get our deal through. When I sell again she will be asked to assist with the sale as I do not believe you would get better service using a franchise agency.

Our selling experience with Denean has shown that you certainly don't require a major real estate chain to successfully market and sell your property . Denean offers a very competitive commission structure as she does not have to pay loyalties like the major chains. In our case she included an extensive top of the range marketing campaign and building report. She is very friendly, easy to deal with and kept us informed at all times and we highly recommend her.

I would have no hesitation recommending Denean to any of my friends or relatives. She was very easy to deal with, very easy to contact, extremely thorough in her work and has a very pleasant disposition. Her negotiating skills were very successful in the sale of my house. Nothing was too much trouble and she was extremely honest and diligent. I was very impressed with her lack of "being pushy" as often happens with people in the real estate game.
