I chose John to sell my property as I was already using his team as my managing agents, and as they were doing an outstanding job I assumed that, as principal, John would also do a great job. I was not wrong - in fact my expectations were exceeded! From the first phone call, I knew I had made the right choice. John took the time to get to know me and the property (and fortunately was already very familiar with the block) and my reasons for selling. He explained his thoughts about the market and his recommended strategy. Extremely personable and knowledgeable, I knew straight away I was in excellent hands. Once we made the decision to go, John and his team could not have been more professional. John personally provided amazing levels of communication, with in depth updates at all stages, keeping me appraised of his recommended strategy and obtaining clear instructions. If he said he was going to do something it was done immediately, and not once did I have to follow up or chase anything. The price he offered me was extremely competitive and he did his best to minimise costs while achieving maximum value for money. The campaign was excellent and I was extremely pleased with how he and his team presented and advertised the property. We sold prior to auction, and his guidance and recommendations surrounding the interest, offers, and finally the sale were amazing. The work he and his team did to get us over the line was phenomenal. The price we achieved significantly exceeded my expectations, and even my pipe dreams on a good day. Unbelievable result. I cannot rate and recommended John and his team highly enough. His experience, market knowledge, advice and guidance, personality and communication skills are second to none, and were instrumental in achieving what we did. I have no doubt that I would not have gotten anywhere near the price we did, as quickly as we did, and for the cost, at any other agency. John's service was exceptional, and I highly recommend him.

John and the team at MyPlace recently sold our semi in Botany. They also organised a short term rental property for us which we moved into a couple of months before listing ours for sale which allowed us to renovate ours without going crazy! John and Justine came to our house on many occasions while we were renovating and gave us great advice on what repairs would add value and also on colour and styling in order to make our property as appealing as possible to buyers. They also organised tradesmen and stylists for us and met these people at our house when we were not able because we both work full time. Their photographs for the listing showed our place in the best possible light. During the sale process John and Nelson always kept us up to date including after every viewing and about any offers made. The team was really helpful and so transparent which was refreshing. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from the whole team. John in particular was amazing and worked so hard to get us the best possible price while being honest and respectful to our potential buyers.
