We have both bought/sold from John, and the thing we love most is his honesty. You know where you stand right from the start. He gives you an honest, realistic property value so you are not left paying for building inspections for properties that are well out of your price range. And you don't get your hopes up, only to turn up to an auction to find the starting bid is basically your maximum spending capacity. We sold our Botany apartment through John Higgins @ MyPlace Estate Agents in Oct 2016. Our apartment was one of the first to be sold in the newly developed Jasmine on the Park & therefore it was difficult to forecast our result vs previous sales in the area.
