We sold our Botany apartment through John Higgins @ MyPlace Estate Agents in Oct 2016. It's true, there's no other word when referring to John other than "a good mate", a mate who is going to make you some serious profit! From day dot we felt very comfortable with what we were about to embark on, and John, Kylie, and team at MyPlace made all that and more possible. If you've never sold before, have faith in the advice and insights John is able to provide, he really knows his stuff and is a pro in the Botany and surrounding market. I saw how John cared for what the buyers were after, along with ensuring we were happy with the process and the most important part, the PRICE. Many conversation went back and forth, whilst we were constantly kept in the loop and informed of every potential buyers decision making process. Come auction day, JH had a great line up of motivated and emotional bidders. We had a realistic reserve and a comortable buffer ready for a vendor bid if required... Which for now the 3rd increasing record sale in our complex, John and MyPlace have not even needed! John and his team at MyPlace were terrific from the initial consultations to the open homes right through to the contract stage John and his team showed absolute professionalism through out the process which gave my wife and I confidence right through. John showed his knowledge and experience of the Botany area and got the best possible result for us and he kept open communications with us the hole time. My wife and I cannot speak highly enough of John and his team at MyPlace Estates Agents and would highly recommend anyone thinking about selling their property to go with them. Thank you very much Johnny! Carly and I are extremely happy with our result we plan to pop our bottle of champane for Christmas and I'm sure the new owners are just as happy with their new purchase.
