I have just rented an apartment through NG Farah. The agent showing me the apartment and organising the lease has been consistently helpful and friendly and easy to get in touch with when I had questions that needed answering. The whole process has been smooth. I would have like more detailed information to be available about the apartment and its utilities, for example, when I first saw it, but I eventually found out what I needed to know. I have taken possession but I noticed that repairs have not been done yet that need to be done.

My properties have been under the management of NG Farah (Damien) since 2016, and I find the staff well trained and able to provide quick response to enquiries. They are able to establish good relationships with the Tenants even when the builders have to undertake repairs and also in the current difficult Covid-19 environment when rents have to be adjusted to the new market conditions.

At the beginning I thought it will take a long time to rent my property out, but NG FARAH did a good job to help me rent out my property, with its good target setting, marketing strategy and people. I recommend people who need renting their properties to reach NG FARAH.

My interactions with the Agency have been excellent. The services provided are efficient and helpful. This made me more confident about going ahead and leasing out my property in the current environment. The Customer attentiveness and service is also great as it is timely and always courteous.
