Highly recommend the staff at N G Farah. I've been dealing with Damien Caruana and the team at N G Farah for the last few years and can't fault them. Damien continuously keeps in touch via email and phone calls. He is professional, prompt and easily to deal with. If you're in need of a property manager don't go pass the team at N G..

Given current environment, was very concerned we would not be able to find new tenants quickly when previous lease ended. We took a slightly lower rental rate, but had our place re-rented in under 2 weeks. NG Farah did a great job in finding new tenants.

My experience overall since using N G Farah has been excellent. From the first point of contact, accommodating a viewing for us that caught our eye before inspections had even started for the property. Very informative and helpful in all ways possible. The rental process made as easy as possible. Quick responses whenever I have questions. Very happy.

Damien Caruana from NG Farah has been our property manager for +3 years & we have been very happy with the service he has provided. After our current tenant notified him of their intent to leave, Damien very quickly re-advertised the property & secured an excellent tenant. His communication throughout the process has been excellent. Would recommend Damien to anyone looking to lease their property in the Little Bay area

Not usually one to write a review, I'm compelled to for this team of superstars! James Daniel and his team have so far been OUTSTANDING. From advice about my property and how best to get it on the market, to incredibly swift leasing turnaround in a tough COVID-19 market, all the way to feeling very safe in their capable hands to lease out my lovely apartment. They (James in particular) have been responsive, professional, knowledgeable about the area and my property. I cannot recommend these guys enough - I look forward to an ongoing relationship of property management with them. Thanks team for making this so easy for me in my first experience becoming a landlord!

Kade was absolutely amazing helping us rent our dream house. His service was spotless, starting from a conference call during the inspection, till answering the million texts we sent anxious waiting for the owners reply! We surely recommend!
