We recently applied for a property with NGF Farah and were fortunate enough to be looked after by Baillie. From the very beginning, she has been absolutely incredible. Baillie is warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful — qualities that truly set her apart from other agents we’ve dealt with. She kept us informed every step of the way, made the entire process feel effortless, and delivered the amazing news that our application had been approved. Her professionalism combined with her kind and approachable nature made what could have been a stressful experience completely smooth and enjoyable. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better agent or a better experience. Thank you, Baillie and the NGF Farah team, for making this journey such a positive one! Highly recommended.

Before Guler came along, we were unsure about how everything would unfold. But when she showed us the property, she made us feel safe and confident. She explained everything clearly—what could happen and what couldn’t—and made the whole process amazing.

I recently used Kade Ashton and his team at NG Farah to lease my apartment in Maroubra and couldn't be happier with the service received from the early communication, to taking the photos, listing the unit, running only one open inspection and getting a fantastic result. The team at NG Farah including Kade, Jett and their wonderful photographer were so professional, friendly and polite and so efficient in keeping me informed at every step. I'm very comfortable knowing that I have a great team who will look after and manage my investment and continue to provide excellent service. I would have no hesitation in using them again.
