Great team
I was convinced from my first meeting with NG Farah rep that I will be in good hands for my investment property. They have since proven me correct many tones over. I receive good advice, a harmonious relationship maintained with tenants and proactive in resolving issues.

Went beyond my expectations
James at NG Farah has just let our one bedroom apartment in Little Bay. Beyond providing market advice and getting the property quickly to market, the process was very smooth and arranged collect of keys, quotes for work and the working being undertake given I am in Queensland. A great outcome.

Very efficient - highly recommended
James and team were extremely professional at all times. They worked hard to get our property rented out and were successful. I would highly recommend them, without any hesitation.

A very good realesate agency
Have been with NG Farah for several years now, overall has been good experience. Sometime communication can be poor and this have led to unwanted confrontation with the tenant. But I feel things have improved in the last 2 to 3 year with negotiation and pricing being on the spot.
