From my first enquiry through to approval, Zahlia and the team at NGFarah were communicative, kind and very efficient. Zahlia was the only agent I dealt with who personally messaged to confirm I would be attending the inspection and, if I couldn’t make it, offered to organise a private viewing. That immediately stood out and made the whole experience feel far more personal. The application process was straightforward, everything was clear, and I always felt well informed about what was happening. I particularly appreciated how quickly the application was processed. After viewing a number of properties that did not always match the impression given online, I really appreciated how transparent and professional this experience felt from the outset. The property presented exactly as expected, everything was handled efficiently, and I’m genuinely excited to be moving in.

I had an excellent experience with NG Farah Real Estate. Their service was professional, friendly, and highly responsive throughout the entire process. They were always approachable, helpful, and genuinely committed to ensuring everything went smoothly. Specially thanks to Vicky Karakatsis for her ongoing kind support. I truly appreciate their professionalism and support and would highly recommend NG Farah to anyone looking for a reliable real estate agency.

Kade and Hanna were very communicative and responsive, and made everything very simple. They kept me updated every step of the way, and made all the (usually complex) paperwork very easy for me to review, fill in, and sign. Thanks Kade and Hanna!

As a landlord, I have dealt with multiple agents when it comes to renting property but I have found that for over 10 years dealing with Damien Caruana and the NG Farah team they are far the best agent to deal with when it comes to looking after your interests and ensuring your property is taken care of without any Hassell or Stress!! Their knowledge and experience in the Eastern Suburbs make them the go to Rental Agent with a level of professionalism that is second to none!!

I had the pleasure of being provided the most courteous and thoroughly professional assistance, in the process of completing an ultimately successful Tenancy Application process, by Ms Zahlia Aguila-Yusuf - Leasing Consultant. Within the course of one business day, Zahlia had carefully ‘walked and talked me’ through Tenancy application to approval, explaining the supporting documentation I required, and why. As a recently retired military veteran of over 30 years’ service, I had many questions that might otherwise be considered odd, but Zahlia was patient and considered throughout. I regard Zahlia very highly and would recommend her professional services without hesitation.
