Leased a property through James Daniel of NGFarah. James was courteous, professional and prompt with his communication. It was clear he cared to ensure we had a smooth move in and he was available after hours in some last minute coordination efforts with utilities etc before lease commencement. The agency seems to have solid processes to onboard new tenants, would use again.

Christian was very professional, friendly and approachable. This is the second property I've rented through NG Farrah and I've dealt with Christian on both occasions. It's so nice to deal with competent staff, especially in this rental crisis/climate where it's so competitive. The few NG Farrah staff members who I have dealt with, have been nothing but supportive, pleasant and fantastic to deal with. Big thanks to Christian for an outstanding result. It' s a big relief for me and great outcome.
