I chose to work with Kade Ashton for the rental of my property investment. He was been incredibly efficient. His communication skills and professionalism made the whole experience enjoyable and easy to navigate. My apartment was rented after the first inspection at a more than desired rental price. I would highly recommend Kade as your property manager, you won’t regret it.

Kade took over the rental of both of our property and the experience so far to find tenants has been efficient and professional and stress free. Great communication from Kade at any stage of the process.

I have recently placed an investment property under management with N G Farah. I have been very satisfied with the service I have received to date. Grace has been helpful and provided a good level of service and communication. I have found her to be professional in her dealings both with me and my former tenant.

Megan did a fantastic job at keeping me across everything when our tenant moved out. She called me each day with updates and filled the space quicker than usual after my request to find a tenant asap to ensure we had no vacancy. She is extremely well organized and made the whole process super easy. She kept me across how the other similar properties were performing and arranged a time I could see the space in the brief time it was vacant. Thank you!
