Tegan Hope is a super star
I don’t know how Tegan does it but even during Covid 19 , Tegan finds good, clean tenants, and we are so happy with the service. Tegan knows I am not online so she texts and emails me so I dont delay approvals or requests. Tegan response time is unquestionable ! ! Tegan deserves 6 star! Thank you Tegan for making my life easy !

Very responsive and professional
Recently we leased our apartment with James Daniel and Luke Dosovic. From the first time we contacted them they have been very prompt with all responses and provided great insight to the market and the leasing process. They were able to secure tenants for us within a week of the initial listing. In all my dealings with them they have proven to be very professional and approachable. Highly recommended!

Reliable and diligent agent
NG Farah has been managing my Kensington property for over 20 years. Throughout that time there have been numerous issues arise that has included difficult tenants, storm surge events, hail storms and chronic plumbing problems. Throughout all of these challenges Emily Charissis has kept me updated and informed. She has ensured issues have been dealt with promptly and professionally. Her expertise in re-letting the property has meant that there has been minimal loss of rental. I commend Emily's services, and those of the whole NG Farah Team, unreservedly.
