NG Farah helped advise me on how to maintain and upgrade my investment property. They very quickly arranged photos, advertised the property and secured me an ideal profile of tenants at my preferred rental price point.

In general it is a well known fact that when someone has a property to lease N. G. FARAH is the best real estate agency and they will definantely come back with positive results. Emily handles my property and is very thorough with great people skills and bottom line, she gets the job done. My last tenants did not renew their lease but Emily found new tenants straight away with a very small time frame, not even a full week before new tenant will move in. Well done! Thank you! and keep going strong NGF.

Needing to move after 10 years, I was extremely pleased to deal with the team at NG Farah compared to other agents that I liaised with. Their staff were always quick to respond to my queries, always helpful and really lovely people. They assisted me in securing the apartment I wanted and the entire process was seamless. Highly recommended.

The process of managing the re-leasing of our unit was done in a timely and professional manner. Emily presented a suitable applicant, got a good weekly rate and it was all done without any hassle.

I have been using the services of NG Farah for 4 years now and I am very happy with the commitment and ongoing high level of communication I have received, in particular from Damien. The past 2 years has been quite stressful and Damien has gone above and beyond in his commitment, communication and service to me. Living in another state, he has taking much stress away from dealing with ongoing issues in my building. High Five you Damien!
