I decided to move to a bigger place, but was worried about going to another agency. My first experience with N G Farah was so smooth, that I choose the new unit specially to continue renting with them. They are so professional, always available to support me with all my needs. A big thanks to Grace Lavorato and Jett Farkas for all your help.

Victoria, who was managing this property was lovely to talk to and was patient in answering all the queries. All my queries were answered promptly and I felt well supported throughout the entire application process. Thus it was a smooth process from inspection right till the approval. James was kind as well, liaising with me on the final details of the move. Overall a great experience, professional and helpful folks. Feels good to be associated with NG Farah. Thanks Victoria and James.

NG Farah helped us find a tenant during a difficult period. They have all the skills to understand the market, to advertise and to review and place good tenants. Their level of service is fantastic and they keep you up to date every step of the way. I would highly recommend them if you need support leasing or managing a property.

It is hard enough sprucing up your unit whilst looking for a tenant, even harder during COVID. Despite being interstate and it being a challenging time for owners I was kept informed and advised on the best course of action throughout the whole process. I was very pleased with the communication and assistance throughout this time thanks to Tegan.
NGFarah
Very responsive with my emails. I dont have to wait for more than 24 hours and Tegan has already responded!
