Nathan is an excellent agent with good local knowledge of Botany and the surrounding suburbs. He is highly professional, realistic and honest. Nathan’s communication skills (written and verbal) were clear and consistent and his persistence in a tough market was admirable. Nathan’s hard work was invaluable to the sale of our property, I would highly recommend him to any vendor.

Nathan is an excellent agent offering a perfect blend of professionalism, honesty and a down-to-earth style. He knows and loves the Botany area, and provided clear and consistent communication and guidance for a first time vendor. We appreciated his patience and perseverance in a difficult market, and highly recommend him to anyone wishing to sell in the area.

Joe or his assistant were always available for visits and follow-up. We found them to be professional and to the point, and the experience was both efficient and enjoyable.

It has been a pleasure to deal with Theo and his team at NgFarah Real Estate in the recent sale of our property. Theo’s sound professional advice, his organisational management and the continuous feedback throughout the process, all contributed to achieving very good results at the auction. Thank you.

Steph was good to deal with as a buyer. Communication & interactions during the campaign were genuine & not overly 'salesy' which is quite refreshing. We'd happily recommend working with Steph on either the buy or sell side.

I'm not one to write reviews but Cameron deserves it. After meeting multiple real estate agents it was a clear choice to put the sale of our home in Cameron's hands. From the moment we first met Cameron he was attentive and proactive in managing the sale. Cameron always answered our calls and happily advised us on any decisions we were required to make. The six weeks of marketing and open house visits were made easy thanks to Cameron and his capable team, this was also organised seamlessly around the birth of our first child. Georgie and I (and Otis) give Cameron and his team the pinnacle of our recommendation. He is an agent of absolute integrity.

Evan was a key member of the team selling our property. Evan managed, arranged and supervised all the work to prepare and present the property to its best advantage. Evan also ensured though that we remained in control of the decision making in regards to that preparation. Communications with Evan were both seamless and fast. Evan is very approachable while always being professional. He was always available by phone or email to quickly and expertly resolve any questions or concerns we had. As an essential member of the sale team, Evan's contributions were vital in our achieving an unconditional sale of our property at the reserve price we were hoping to obtain.

Theo, and his team, were excellent in selling our property. They managed all aspects of the sale with a careful expertise, while at the same time ensuring we remained in control of the process. After first consulting with us to provide options, Theo and his team managed, arranged and supervised all the work to prepare and present the property to its best advantage. Communications were both seamless and fast, with our every query being answered very promptly. Theo's advice as to how to market the property and the price range was also expert and spot on. Thanks to Theo and his team we achieved an unconditional sale of our property at the reserve price we were hoping to obtain.

My experience with Joe has been exceptional. Joe was always honest from the first time I met him and his knowledge of the market is second to none. Joe really delivered on auction day, achieving over $100,000 above my reserve price due to his hard work and persistence and multiply appointments with buyers out of the open times, Joe always accommodated the buyers availability which led to 9 purchasers registering on the auction day. I would recommend Joe to any vendors that are looking for an agent that works his tale off and keeps you fully updated at all time, thanks again Joe, Regards Walter Martins

Martin was very positive from the first day I met him . He knew what I wanted in respect of sales price and within two Saturday opens he was able to achieve the result I was looking for . Martin went over and above keeping me well informed of what was happening and followed up buyers by bringing them again on the Sunday . Martin is very experienced and knows the area he sells in and his sales techniques are amazing . Highly recommend
