Billy and Ben provided us with amazing advice and assistance to prepare the apartment in only 2 weeks that the buyers specifically called out to us when they purchased as some of the key features they liked about the apartment. The marketing strategy adopted allowed us to have a large number of potential buyers through the apartment which resulted in a good number of registered bidders at auction. Billy was always available to assist with any questions we had and took the time to ensure we always felt comfortable with any decisions we needed to make.

Besides, the fun & laughter with him kept the stress levels down. Steve is the kind of person who will run around in circles for his clients especially as it means that he will lose 50g or was it 500g or was it 5kg, in the bargain. LOL
