Cameron first impressed us with his knowledge and enthusiasm. Given the state of the property and the fact that it had no off street parking, I was not confident of a good sale price. Cameron quickly dispelled our concerns with his local knowledge of the market. He confidently quoted a market price that was above our expectations and detailed his strategy on how he would achieve it. To our surprise, within a week of first speaking to Cameron, he contacted me stating that he was going to take some interested buyers to view the house.
