The first thing you will notice about Nathan in any dealings with him, is his personality! He is genuine and so invested in the outcome of the transaction - irrespective of you being a buyer or seller. Our experience in selling our property was a personally emotional one. Nathan and his team went above and beyond in communication, their knowledge of the market, building and area gave me confidence we went with the right agent. I was fully kept in the loop with comprehensive buyer reports and feedback, there was never a point i felt like i needed to ask a question or chase anything - it was just an easy process. Nathan worked tirelessly through the campaign and the end result exceeded our expectations beyond what we could have ever imagined. It doesn't get much better than receiving a phone call with that type of news.. He cared, he persisted, he worked hard and he quite honestly changed our life with the result he achieved and for that i can not put into words how grateful to Nathan we are. Not sure if it is appropriate to share exact details of our sale, but it was phenomenal and i'm sure he will be happy to share if asked.
