Steve helped facilitate a rather difficult negotiation process and navigated both vendor and purchaser through quite a few obstacles along the way, often sitting in a bit of a sandwich position. What we appreciated most is that he did not disappear the day after the contract was exchanged but kept checking in and offering support even past the settlement date.
